Rich in protein, the meal is ideal
as a livestock feed

Meal is a by-product of cake extraction remaining after the oil seeds have been pressed (sunflower seeds, rapeseed and soybean). The meal is used as a livestock feed and consists of numerous valuable substances, highlighting high crude protein content.

Beside lipid substances, meal also consists of cellulose, mineral substances and proteins. The content of proteins gives a nutritive value to the meal; therefore, the meal is used as feedstock for animal feeding, directly or as a material for feedstock production.
